Mortgage Loan eStatement Agreement
Please read this Agreement carefully. By clicking "Agree" below you are agreeing to the terms of this Agreement.
Midland States Bank provides electronic statements, eStatements, for mortgage loan accounts. If you agree to receive an eStatement by clicking "Agree" below you will receive an email notifying you that your eStatement is available whenever they are ready. The eStatement will contain the same information as your printed statement. If you agree, you will no longer receive printed statements in the mail.
In order to view your electronic statement, you will need a computer with Internet access and a compatible web browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, and an e-mail address, which will be used to notify you when your new eStatement is available. You agree that you are:
The eStatements are generally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; however, eStatements may be unavailable form time-to-time for routine maintenance or due to unscheduled downtime.
Access to the eStatement is available by using a password of your choice. If you disclose your password to anyone, or if your password is lost or stolen, third parties may be able to access your eStatement. We will not be liable for any loss caused by the authorized or unauthorized use of your password by anyone other than you. Responsible protection of your password is your responsibility and includes keeping it secure.
All of your personal and financial information are confidential and will not be released or sold to any third party.
At any time and at no charge you can change your delivery preference by contacting Midland States Bank in person or at any of our branches, or by mailing your request to: Midland States Bank, Loan Operations, 1201 Network Centre Drive, Effingham IL 62401. You may also change your preference by calling Midland States Bank Customer Care Center at (855)696-4352.
